CW Psychological Services is looking for PA licensed clinical staff, such as licensed psychologists, social workers, and counselors to join our outpatient team. We offer fee for service positions up to 30 hours per week.
Our private practice is growing and has an excellent reputation with local universities, physicians, and the general public. We treat adults, children & families. We receive an abundance of referrals each week and find it rewarding to work with individuals, couples, and families who come to therapy motivated and invested in growth and change.
We offer a fully furnished suite with spacious and newly decorated offices with ample free parking. We enjoy a warm and friendly atmosphere where collegial relationships are encouraged. CW Psychological Services supports our therapists in doing their best work by offering group and individual clinical consultation. We also offer in-house training, supervision, and consultation surrounding evidence-based practices for trauma treatment, such as TF-CBT and can provide additional training in working with the transgender community as we have a psychologist who is board certified and specializes in transgender care.
Our philosophy is to create an environment wherein clinicians can practice with a minimum of managed care and documentation concerns by working to eliminate systemic hassles. Clinicians can focus on their client’s health and wellbeing as CW Psychological Services provides billing, managed care and administrative support to all clinicians. We also offer electronic medical records and scheduling to keep your paperwork at a minimum. Our clinicians carry very little overhead expenses or administrative needs as CW Psychological Services provides most, if not all, needs. For example, we take most private insurances and manage all billing and credentialing for our providers and provide HIPAA compliant email for all clinicians. Overall, we provide the opportunity to work independently with a variety of clients while also building warm and supportive professional relationships.
These positions require the clinician to be independently licensed so an individual must already hold an active PA license in Clinical Social Work, Professional Counseling, or Psychology. Training in CBT, DBT, and/or Trauma treatment is a plus. 2-5 years of outpatient experience in clinical practice is preferred. Applicants are required to be available for a minimum of 15 hours of scheduling per week. Due to our high volume of clients attending work and/or school clinicians are expected to work evenings and/or weekends to accommodate our client needs.
