    Psychologist in Training, MA (she/her)

My goal as a therapist is to create a safe and inclusive environment for my clients, where they can fully let go of the stressors going on in their everyday life. My clients are those who feel like their life is overwhelming and feel stuck in their current situation. My aims are to help guide them through their struggles and provide them with the skills to tackle their problems head on. My personality is very empathetic, compassionate, and understanding with every given session. I offer full autonomy to my clients to where I simply help navigate through their struggles and help meet goals utilizing therapeutic approaches. My therapeutic approaches are Cognitive-Behavioral therapy, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing. I view and respect my clients as unique individuals who all have different values, backgrounds, and experiences that shapes them who they are. In therapy, I choose to look at my clients from a wholistic view in order to really understand them and be able to create a treatment plan catered to them specifically.

I completed my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Coastal Carolina University and obtained my master’s degree from Kean University in Forensic Psychology. Currently, I am a student at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and working towards receiving my doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology and licensure. Most of my clinical experience is working with teenagers struggling with anxiety, depression, suicide ideation, grief, gender identity, and anger management. I also have experience and enjoy working with teens who are struggling with behavioral problems. I hope to transfer my skills to also serve adults struggling with similar obstacles among other presenting concerns.

My hobbies include reading, exercising, binge watching shows on Netflix, and spending quality time with family and friends. I love being outdoors and am a huge animal lover. I truly love being able to help others realize their potential and help guide them through the things that are hindering them from living a life that they love. Please reach out with any questions, hesitations, or concerns with starting your journey today!
