    Licensed Social Worker (She/Her)

I believe we are all doing the best we can with the tools we have. Therapy is a space designed to strengthen and develop new tools for navigating life that brings waves of joy, tragedy, and everything in between. I support clients experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, transitions, and relational issues.  I help people who feel alone, burdened by life, and stuck. I work to provide clients with the space to breathe and process, and the right tools to feel equipped to grow and live freely the life they want.

I have a Masters of Social Work from Marywood University and hold a License of Social Work in the state of Pennsylvania. I have experience supporting adolescents and adults experiencing mental health struggles, substance use disorders, and trauma across a variety of settings, including schools, hospitals, and social service organizations. I utilize mindfulness and trauma informed approaches to cultivate a holistic and natural therapeutic relationship.

I know from my own experience that we are all capable of finding inner peace and wholeness. With the right supports, healing is possible. We all deserve to feel loved and accepted for who we are, and to treat ourselves with these same loving affirmations.

I believe everyone deserves to live a full, happy life and I am excited to be a guide on that journey.
