    Licensed Professional Counselor

I view all capable of growth and change and strive to create a space to empower clients to become a healthier version of themselves through a warm, supportive partnership. I support people who have experienced trauma, depression, anxiety, and struggle with their own self-esteem/thoughts of how they feel towards themselves. As someone who is from the Philadelphia area and has spent a lot of time working with addiction and focusing on community-based trauma, I am interested in supporting people to process how their environment impacts their behaviors as well as break free from their negative ways of coping through life.

As a therapist, I look to motivate clients to determine aspects of themselves and their lives they are looking to improve but cannot due to fear and doubt. I utilize an integrative therapeutic approach including aspects of CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and DBT based skills. I believe in the importance of maintaining a person-centered approach that is rooted in compassion, self-reflection, and trauma-informed care.

Everyone deserves to feel comfortable in their own skin/with themselves and their lived experiences. I strive to remain open-minded and supportive as you discover your full potential throughout our time working together. If you believe I would be a good fit for your needs, please reach out and schedule a time to meet!

    My therapeutic approaches are:

    • Humanistic/Person Centered
    • Motivational Interviewing
    • Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT)
    • Trauma-Informed

    • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
    • Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC)
