I help people who want to feel validated and appreciated. People hold themselves back because they don’t always feel that they deserve the respect that everyone should receive. I support them by helping them see that they are: an individual who deserves to be validated and respected. I help people set appropriate boundaries so they don’t feel smothered and instead feel the space to live more freely.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my two daughters. They always bring happiness and joy into my life.
I know from my own path to wellness that sometimes it’s important to increase our self-awareness and alter our lifestyles so we can better manage our stress and learn to love ourselves more.
I believe that when we feel more respected and accomplished, we are able to be assertive and stand up for ourselves. That’s why I hope you will let me guide you through any struggles so you can feel empowered to be the person you desire to be.
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing to help people alter the way they think about their lives and feel the motivation to make the changes necessary to help them feel empowered to handle life’s challenges.
