Pre-doctoral Intern
(she/her)
I work with individuals who want to feel heard, understood, and supported through life’s challenges—whether that’s navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, or significant life transitions. My goal is to help you gain deeper insight into yourself, clarify your needs and values, and move toward meaningful change.
I take a collaborative and compassionate approach, working closely with clients to understand their goals and create a path forward that feels authentic and aligned with their values. I draw from an integrative framework, incorporating evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), attachment-based therapies, and psychodynamic principles to tailor treatment to your unique experience.
During my doctoral training in Clinical Psychology at Widener University, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals across a wide range of ages, sexualities, gender identities, and racial backgrounds. I am committed to honoring and integrating your identity into the therapeutic process.
I have particular experience supporting young adults who are navigating anxiety and relationship difficulties, and I create a space where clients can explore, grow, and move forward at their own pace.
I look forward to meeting you and scheduling an intake appointment soon!
My therapeutic approaches are:
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Psychodynamic Therapy
