(She/Her) Master of Philosophy, Professional Counseling and Master of Science in Education, Counseling and Mental Health Services

I hold master’s degrees in Counseling and Mental Health Services, M.S.Ed., and in Professional Counseling, M.Phil.Ed., from the University of Pennsylvania. My clinical experience includes working at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, where I supported children and adolescents navigating Anorexia Nervosa and other eating disorders. During my graduate training, I completed a practicum in a school setting and an internship at Child Guidance Resource Centers, where I facilitated group therapy for clients with autism, ADHD, and other diagnoses.

I believe that connection is at the heart of healing—and of building a life worth living. In our work together, I strive to create a safe, collaborative space where you can cultivate insight, motivation, and meaningful relationships. The therapeutic relationship offers a powerful opportunity to explore and practice new ways of relating—with others and with yourself.

Outside of the therapy room, I find joy in spending time with family, exploring with friends, running with my dog, and staying active through tennis, squash, and sailing. I also love to cook and try new recipes.
I know from my own journey how transformative it can be to feel seen, heard, and supported. There is hope. It’s okay to start where you are. I truly believe that connection can change the world—and I’d be honored to connect with you.
