Zuri Jarmon, M.S., NCC (She/Her)
Hi! My name is Zuri Jarmon, and I am a pre-licensed therapist at CW Psychological Services LLC! I have a passion for working with children, adolescents, and families. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Gwynedd Mercy University, and my clinical experience includes supporting youth and families navigating trauma, behavioral challenges, and emotional distress.
My approach is rooted in compassion and collaboration. I utilize evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and mindfulness practices to meet each child and family where they are. My goal is to create a safe, affirming space where young people can express themselves, develop emotional insight, and build healthy coping strategies—while also working closely with caregivers to support long-term growth and healing. I help people who want to develop healthier coping skills, improve communication, and navigate life transitions with confidence.
I’ve worked in both residential and outpatient settings with children and teens facing behavioral, emotional, and developmental challenges. I love to help individuals who want to process difficult experiences, learn new tools for emotional regulation, and foster deeper self-awareness. I’m especially drawn to trauma-informed care, and I aspire to become certified in play therapy to further support my young clients through developmentally appropriate, creative approaches.
I’m honored to be part of your family’s journey toward resilience, connection, and emotional wellness. creating a safe, stable emotional space for their children and themselves.
