I am a licensed professional counselor with over 15 years of experience working with mental health and substance abuse clients. I earned a master’s degree from Immaculata University in Counseling Psychology. I have extensive post-graduate education in Psychology.

My therapy approach is psychodynamic, where the focus is on the therapeutic relationship between the client and therapist to resolve emotional distress. I have extensive experience working with depression, anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, personality disorders, and many more specialities.

I believe safety, trust, compassion, and empathy are key factors in promoting lasting change. I look forward to connecting with you and starting our work together.
