    Associate Therapist (She/Her)

Taking the first step can be scary, maybe all you need is a little push towards getting there and someone cheering you on along the way. With change comes challenges but with the right effective tools you can push through adversity and get to a place where you are able to thrive.  My goal is to create a safe space free of judgment where you can be your authentic self. I currently have experience working with clients of various ages with co-current disorders, substance abuse, anxiety, depression, and ADHD.  I want my clients to not only feel heard but seen as I help guide them towards building their self-confidence and coping skills.

I know through my years of working with various clients that having a supportive and empathic environment can lead to an increase in self-confident and motivation which is why it is important for me to create that type of space in our therapeutic relationship. I received my Undergraduate degree in Psychology from West Chester University. For Four years I worked as a Registered Behavioral Technician with children and adolescence with Autism, emotional disturbances, and oppositional defiant disorder. While completing my graduate degree from West Chester University I spent two years co-facilitating intensive outpatient groups where I worked with adolescence and young adults with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, personality disorders, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. This experience helped me realize my passion for helping others and how important mental health is for all ages. Outside of therapy I enjoy baking, cooking, binge watching my favorite shows, and spending time with family.

My hope is for you to be open-minded and kind to yourself on this difficult journey. Throughout the therapeutic process I will not only support you but challenge you to move towards resiliency. Take the next step towards getting the help you need; I look forward to meeting you and starting the journey together.
