MA, MBA, Pre-Doctoral Intern
(He/Him)
Hello! I work as an intern and student therapist with CW Psychological. I currently attend Widener University’s nationally recognized Institute of Graduate Clinical Psychology (IGCP), where I am completing my Psy.D. I also currently hold an MBA in Healthcare Management from Widener University, alongside a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Widener University. My clinical experience spans outpatient psychotherapy, psychological assessment, and interdisciplinary care settings. At Quintessential Health, a CBT-oriented private practice, I conducted comprehensive psychological assessments for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and ADHD, while also providing psychotherapy to individuals navigating a wide range of challenges including trauma, anxiety, and mood-related concerns. I have also trained within the Chester Community Clinic, a student-run community clinic, collaborating alongside physical therapy, occupational therapy, and nursing students to serve patients managing chronic medical conditions, an experience that deepened my understanding of the profound psychological impact that physical illness can carry.
I specialize in helping people who long to feel free from the grip of anxiety, chronic illness, and self-doubt, but feel buried under the belief that things cannot change. I embolden them to reconnect with their values and take purposeful steps forward so that they can build a life that feels meaningful, grounded, and fully their own. When I am not in the therapy room, you can find me biking with my dog Winnie, hitting the trails for a hike, or going for a swim, because I believe wholeheartedly in living the values I help my clients pursue.
I know from working with individuals across community clinics, private practice, and interdisciplinary care teams that you do not have to have everything figured out to begin, you just have to be willing to take one step. I believe that the courage to show up for yourself, even on the hardest days, will change the world around you. That’s why I hope you’ll reach out to schedule a free consultation today.
