    M.S., MFT, (She/Her/Hers)

Hello, my name is Nicole and I’m a Pre-Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. In May 2025, I earned my Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Southern California, and I hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts from New York University’s Tisch School of the Fine Arts. My practicum training was completed at Covenant House California in Los Angeles, where I practiced Trauma-Informed psychotherapy to unhoused youth (ages 18–25), facilitated psychoeducational groups focused on emotional regulation and communication skills, and conducted crisis interventions.

I am deeply committed to making mental health care accessible, inclusive, and equitable for all. As an Integrative Psychotherapist, I combine my creative background with Trauma-Focused behavioral, humanistic, and analytical approaches. I am dedicated to working with survivors of complex trauma and individuals navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, or OCD. At the heart of my work is a belief in breaking generational cycles and dismantling systems of trauma— supporting each client in embracing their identities, cultivating their agency, and finding power in a voice that is uniquely theirs. I honor the strength, resilience, and self-authorship within every person, and I support healing at a pace that feels safe and authentic. I work with diverse populations, LGBTQIA2S+, youth, adults, families, and couples, and strive to create safe spaces for all. Outside of providing therapy, I love spending time with family and friends, watching movies and TV, playing board games, crafting, and traveling.

If you’re ready to take the next step in your healing journey—to rediscover who you are beyond past pain and reclaim the story that is yours to tell—I invite you to reach out. I would be honored to hear your story and support you as you connect with yourself and others.
