Nicole Zarzycka is a dedicated associate professional counselor with a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. She holds a master’s degree in clinical mental counseling and has experience working with a diverse range of clients, primarily children and adolescents. As she continues to grow in her career, Nicole is eager to expand her work to include more adults seeking support.
Nicole utilizes a cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) approach, helping clients understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. She strives to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes. Whether working with children, teens, adults, Nicole is committed to fostering resilience and emotional well-being. Nicole is passionate about helping people who seek a balanced life but feel suffocated by environmental stress and pressure. She often will support them in developing healthier thought patterns so that they can build confidence and improve emotional regulation. Nicole reports that she knows from helping clients challenge negative thoughts and build resilience that change is possible, and no has to navigate life’s struggles alone.
In addition to English, Nicole is fluent in Polish and is happy to provide therapy in either language. If you’re looking for a compassionate therapist who truly listens and helps you feel better, Nicole is here to support you on your journey. She believes everyone has the strength to grow and create a meaningful life. That’s why I I hope you take the first step toward healing and reach out today.
